Our team is committed to processing your return or refund as smoothly as possible — we just ask for your patience as we follow a few necessary steps to ensure quality and fairness.

Due to the nature of our products, we maintain specific guidelines for returns and refunds to preserve hygiene and authenticity.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return must be requested within 14 days of purchase.

The perfume must have at least 90% of its original volume remaining.

The product must be returned in its original condition, including:

Undamaged bottle, cap, and box

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted or refunded.

Return & Shipping Charges

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

If return shipping charges are unpaid, they will be deducted from the final refund amount.

All returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

Refund Terms

Refunds are available only for perfumes sized 50ML or 100ML.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval of the return may take up to 2 working days after we receive the item.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your bank account only (no cash or store credit).

Please allow 4 to 6 working days for the refund process after approval.

Refund Deductions (If Applicable)

In some cases, partial charges may be deducted from your refund if the returned item is not in perfect condition:

Right to Refuse Refund

Scentual Secret reserves the right to decline any refund if:

The returned item does not meet the return conditions stated above

There is evidence of misuse, damage, or product tampering

The return request is submitted after 14 days
